2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• The item must be:

  • In unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, labels, barcodes, and invoice.

Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 4–5 business days.

• Refunds are processed after the product is received and passes quality inspection at our facility.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for the refund.

• You will receive a confirmation via email or phone once the refund is processed.
